Meet Chef Traci
Chef Traci is the author of the Meals to Remember Cookbook and has organized and catered special events since 1996.
For the past 14 years, she has served as a personal chef to several prominent Silicon Valley and Seattle families and
individuals. Her clientele has been built word of mouth and guarded with discretion. After a high-trajectory career as
a Public Relations professional, she succumbed to her passion for the culinary arts. From a romantic dinner for two, to
a weekend at the lake house for 12, to an Oktoberfest party for 75, her philosophy is about creating an incredible meal
and an experience that nurtures and pleases those she feeds.
Chef Traci is a Graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State
University. She is a Premier Member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
